Arsenal star names Man Utd player who is ‘so, so good’ ahead of weekend clash

Manchester United are preparing for one of their toughest tests this season as they make the trip to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium later this weekend.

This fixture last season saw the Reds lose out with just minutes left on the clock and Ten Hag will be desperate to avoid a similar fate this year, with his side still finding their feet this season.

The reverse fixture came at a similar time last year, with United coming out on top, putting an end to Arsenal’s winning start to the season.

Marcus Rashford was the star of that show, with the Englishman scoring twice and assisting one goal in a 3-2 win over Mikel Arteta’s men.

Going into this weekend’s highly anticipated clash between the two sides, Arsenal star William Saliba has now showered Rashford with praise, hailing him as ‘so, so good’.

“Marcus Rashford is so, so good. So technical and so quick, he’s a tough player to play against,” Saliba told Sky Sports, via ManUtdNews.

“For me he’s better when he’s on the left. As a striker as well he’s good as he’s so fast and makes good runs.”

Rashford has featured through the middle mostly so far this season but speaking in his pre-match press conference, Ten Hag revealed that summer signing Rasmus Hojlund is ready to make his debut for the club.

That could mean that Hojlund is poised to lead the line, with Rashford operating from the left-hand side from which he scored 30 goals last season – a career-best tally in a single season.

Rashford scored in both games against Arsenal last season and he will need to be in his best form if United have ambitions to leave London with all three points.
