Manchester United will listen to offers for sought-after right-back Marc Jurado

Marc Jurado could leave Manchester United on a permanent move this summer, as per Manchester Evening News.

The Spaniard joined United’s academy setup in 2020 after spending nine years with Barcelona at La Masia.

He has yet to make an appearance for the senior squad despite making considerable progress at Carrington while playing for the U21s. The youngster was named in the matchday squad for the first time last season when United took on Nottingham Forest in April but was an unused substitute.

Jurado found the back of the net when he was part of the youthful Red Devils squad that faced Wrexham in a friendly during the side’s pre-season tour of the United States.

Jurado seeking United exit

Now, the 19-year-old is believed to be seeking a breakthrough into senior football and it’s unlikely that he’ll be given such an opportunity at Old Trafford this term, given the competition at right-back.

MEN’s report states that United are not actively looking to shift Jurado, but will consider any offers they receive. Loan and permanent proposals have come in for him and sources at the club ‘admit that a full sale is a realistic option for the teenager’.

Should he be sold, there will be a sell-on clause included in the terms.

  1. What competition at right back just look what’s happened with our left backs and it’s a long long season and we’ll sell him for a pittance just like we have the other sales so far Dumb(Arnold) and Dumber(Murtough) strike again 🤣🤣
