Noam Emeran announces Manchester United departure

Noam Emeran has announced his departure from Manchester United.

Earlier this week, Manchester United accepted an offer for the youngster from Dutch second-tier club FC Groningen.

United have been looking to raise money from player sales this summer and they will need to sell more if Erik ten Hag wants more recruits before deadline day.

The Reds have already signed three players this summer: Mason Mount, Andre Onana and Rasmus Hojlund. However, the manager needs another midfielder and striker.

However, one player leaving is Noam Emeran.

The French starlet is set to join Groningen and it sounds like an announcement is coming soon.

Emeran took to Instagram on Wednesday night to announce his departure. He wrote: “Dear United fans, it is not easy to leave such an incredible club but the time is right and the next opportunity is perfect.

“I’ll be forever grateful to everyone who has helped me since I arrived here in a new country at just sixteen years old.

“With the support of some amazing people I’ve experienced unbelievable highs, made friends for life, created unforgettable memories and overcome some difficult moments that have only made me stronger and more resilient.

“I want to achieve a lot in my career and feel ready to play senior football every week. I’m excited for the future knowing what awaits me has also been built on the foundations of my development at Manchester United.

“All glory to God.”

  1. I’ve no faith in our transfers anymore it wouldn’t be so bad if they bought players that could cope with the premier league and not all this Ten Hag has worked with them before that isn;t working so well with Antony and the panic offloading of Lindelof because we can’t find a buyer for Maguire and a decent young keeper in Kovar just to replace him with an unknown for the same price and send Pellistri on loan again when we haven’t got a decent depth to the squad and is probably being forced on the manager by the clowns of the transfer department
