Andre Onana apartment hunting in Manchester ahead of transfer

It is no secret that Manchester United are in talks over signing Andre Onana.

According to a report by Sky Italia, Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana has ‘met’ with United officials in Amsterdam to finalise his contract.

Manchester United football director John Murtough has been involved in talks with Inter to try and wrap up a deal.

Things appear to be moving in the right direction, with Onana increasingly likely to replace David de Gea at Old Trafford.

Another report from Italian news outlet Gazzetta dello Sport claims Onana is already ‘apartment hunting’ in Manchester.

It would be ideal if Murtough was able to get a deal across the line before the team fly to the United States for the pre-season tour.

Onana is such a different keeper to De Gea, it’s vital United get him early as he will change the way the team plays.

It would be a nightmare trying to integrate Onana in late July or early August.

So far, I have to say it’s been an encouraging start to the transfer window.
