Paul Ince makes questionable Manchester United demand for Harry Kane

Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince believes after the transfer of Mason Mount, any money the Old Trafford club has left ought to go straight to Tottenham Hotspur to bring Harry Kane to the club.

The Spurs captain has only a year left on his deal at his current club, like Mount did at Chelsea, but the North London side insist their talisman is not for sale.

What makes Ince’s claim extremely questionable is that United also need a new goalkeeper, and Erik ten Hag believes No.1 target Andre Onana can help transform his side the same way Ederson did at Man City and Alisson Becker at Liverpool.

Ince told Betway, as cited by the Manchester Evening News: “For me, if Kane was to leave – and you don’t like to talk about players while they’re still at another football club – but any money left at Manchester United would go straight on him, without a doubt.

“If you can get Harry Kane, that makes them serious challengers next year. They definitely need a striker, that’s for sure.”

It’s not only questionable but also unrealistic when Tottenham are going to demand over £100m from United for Kane.

Next summer we could sign him for free if he really wants to play for United and break the Premier League goals record at a bigger club.

Daniel Levy miffed by Bayern Munich

Sport Bild in Germany claim Daniel Levy is annoyed by Bayern Munich and will turn down any €100m approach to sign the striker from the Bundesliga champions.

The Spurs captain has only a year left on his current deal, like Mount did at Chelsea, but everyone in football knew Levy was never going to make it easy to complete a transfer for Kane. Not that Chelsea made it easy for Mount.

  1. Why is everyone expecting united to spend massively on an old player does that even make any sense, will anyone want to spend money on an old Tv set just because it’s still plays well when you can get a brand new one that will even last longer at even cheap rate
