Latest odds on Scott McTominay’s future amid transfer links

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay is continuing to be linked with an exit from Old Trafford this summer.

This comes after claims United would prefer to sell Fred because McTominay is a younger player, though we aren’t fooled by that and think the club would sell both players if they were offered the right money.

United need to reduce the size of their midfield pool as well as quality. The addition of Mason Mount certainly helps and I have already written about how the England international will be a huge improvement on Fred.

  • Newcastle United – 7/4
  • West Ham United – 4/1
  • Everton – 7/1
  • Celtic – 10/1
  • Nottingham Forest – 18/1
  • Crystal Palace – 25/1
  • Leicester City – 33/1

McTominay was linked with a move to AS Roma earlier today where he could link up with Jose Mourinho, who previously named him his manager’s player of the year at United.
