Bayern Munich line-up double-swoop for Manchester United-linked duo

Kim Min-jae and Rasmus Hojlund

Bayern Munich are lining up a double-swoop for two Manchester United-linked players.

The reigning Bundesliga champions are closing in on a deal for Napoli’s Kim Min-jae, who was rumoured of a move to Old Trafford for several weeks.

Erik ten Hag was seemingly looking to bolster his backline with the addition of the South Korean stalwart, but will now be forced to turn his attention elsewhere.

As well as Min-jae, Bayern have added Rasmus Hojlund to their shortlist of striker targets, as per Christian Falk. The 20-year-old is also among Ten Hag’s options to fill the void at No.9 and according to Fabrizio Romano, he wants to make the move to the Red Devils.

However, Atalanta have set an incredibly high valuation of the Denmark international; they’ll demand £86 million to sanction his exit this summer.

Across the past season, Hojlund scored 10 goals with the Serie A club and contributed four assists.
