Harry Kane prepared to wait a year to join Manchester United

Harry Kane has reportedly decided he wants to join Manchester United.

Tottenham Hotspur’s all-time record goalscorer will enter the final year of his contract next month, and his future has been up in the air for some time.

While Kane could leave Tottenham before the start of next season, Manchester United is one of a few clubs he could leave for but that will depend on whether Daniel Levy is willing to accept an offer from another Premier League club.

Kane is also said to be a target for Real Madrid, although recent reports suggest the Spanish giants have pulled out of the race to sign the England international.

However, Football Transfers believe Kane wants to leave Tottenham to join Manchester United.

If a deal isn’t possible this summer, Kane could wait to leave on a free transfer in 2024 – but that’s another year down the line and Ten Hag needs a top goalscorer next season.

The 29-year-old was incredible again this season, despite Tottenham’s struggles on the pitch. Kane equalled his personal best tally of 30 goals in the Premier League.

Kane must ask himself if he wants to win trophies before it’s too late. Tottenham may fight to keep him for another season, but he deserves better than that.
