Manchester United and adidas Originals have linked up for an iconic collection paying homage to the 1988-1990 seasons.
The nostalgia-invoking collaboration is dubbed as ‘an ode to unwavering loyalty’ by adidas, who have aimed to recreate the terrace wear of the away fans through those largely successful seasons.
The drop includes t-shirts, shorts, a hoodie, a bench jacket and a United x Originals third shirt, with vintage Red Devils sponsor ‘Sharp’ adorned across the front of the jersey.
Several first-team players modelled the capsule, which is set to be released on May 15, including the likes of Marcus Rashford, Lisandro Martinez, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw.
