Qatar remains confident about Manchester United takeover

Reports suggest Qatar are confident about Manchester United takeover.

Different newspapers are sharing different updates on the Manchester United takeover. Some of the biggest publications in the UK ran a line this week suggesting that Sir Jim Ratcliffe was leading the race to buy Manchester United, but apparently Qatar remains confident that their bidding attempts will be successful.

According to RMC Sport in France, the Qatari consortium surrounding Sheikh Jassim remains confident about the outcome of this process.

We know that Qatar’s offer is for full control but we still don’t know what the Glazer’s intentions are for the future.

You could argue that takeovers like this usually drag on for loner than six months. Well, that is true, but it will prove costly for Ten Hag in his second season because he will struggle to land his prime targets in the summer.

Let us know in the comments section who you think will be successful in the bidding process.

  1. If the Qatari don’t buy Manchester United then the club will be in ruins because not only will we still be in debt we will still have the glazier brothers at the club with their 20% shares we will be no better off than we are now I’ve been a Man Utd fan for ever and it saddens me how they have let this club down time and time again

    1. Stop pretending like we are crying out for Qatar when that isn’t the case. Might be the case for you, but not United or all it’s fans.

      1. all fans want the Glazers gone now not in 4 or 5 years time and still taking dividends on thier minority stake i wasn’t allowed to keep my 100 shares when those leeches took over so why should the Glazers keep thiers and still be taking money out of the club it doesn’t matter if it’s Qatar or anyone else as long as it’s a 100% sale

  2. I preferred Qatar to takeover man u because that man have money to pay all the debt that man u hold

    1. None of the bidders really appeal to me, mate, so we’re not going to pick sides without finding out more details about their intentions. All will be scrutinised as fans should look demand best when it comes to Manchester United.

  3. We need the glazer’s to move on not nice for the fan’s and they could could revolt against the glazer’s we need money for the stadium 🏟️ infrastructure money for new players and support for the manager for what player’s he wants to bring in

  4. Football has taken a different trend now, we should all welcome Sheik Jassim to United.

  5. We need Qatar to takeover man utd and bring in back our glory into this club by putting money for strengthen in with quality players

  6. If Ratcliffe buys us out we will be in a worse situation than we are now because not only will we have the glazers milking the cow we will also have the American investors and with all the extra debt that brings

    1. That’s your opinion rather than fact. Nothing to suggest SJR would be the same as Glazers.

  7. In my opinion I wan the Qatari banker should take over the Man Utd, I know they will invest highly in the club

  8. I prefer the Qatar to SJR. He has nothing meaningful to offer since the glazers still have positions in the club

  9. all fans want the Glazers gone now not in 4 or 5 years time and still taking dividends on thier minority stake i wasn’t allowed to keep my 100 shares when those leeches took over so why should the Glazers keep thiers and still be taking money out of the club it doesn’t matter if it’s Qatar or anyone else as long as it’s a 100% sale
