Harry Kane has reacted to Manchester United fans’ cheeky chant during yesterday’s Premier League clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The travelling Reds made their desires crystal clear when United took on Spurs in North London last night, as one of Erik ten Hag’s priority transfer targets was leading the line for the opposition.

Kane, as usual, played a crucial role in the game, which ultimately ended 2-2 despite the Reds taking an early two-goal lead.

The England captain would’ve likely been surprised when he heard his name being chanted by the away end rather than the home supporters, with United fans loudly singing: “We’ll see you in June, we’ll see you in June – Harry Kane, we’ll see you in June!”

When questioned on the chants post-match, Kane responded (via The Guardian): “I heard what they were saying, but I’m just focused on this team and trying to finish [the season] strongly.”

Kane to United – the perfect match?

The 29-year-old faces an uncertain future at Spurs due to his ongoing desire to win trophies – something he is yet to achieve despite his illustrious goalscoring career.

At the same time, Ten Hag is in dire need of securing a prolific No.9 this summer whilst he continues his resurgence at Old Trafford.

  1. I would rather spend £100m on a younger striker like Victor or Randal Munai and Rasmas
