Bayern Munich are in somewhat of a crisis after teammates Sadio Mane and Leroy Sane reportedly had a bust-up following their Champions League defeat against Manchester City on Tuesday night.
The pair are believed to have engaged in a post-match fight in the dressing room with Mane reportedly punching Germany’s Sane in the face.
Consequently, Mane has been suspended by the club and although the former Liverpool winger’s actions are understood to have been worse than Sane’s, according to reports in Germany, it could be the latter who is the player to actually leave the Allianz Arena.
Interestingly, with a return to Manchester City very unlikely, Manchester United have been named as a possible destination for the 27-year-old.
Since joining Bayern from City in 2020, Sane, who still has two years left on his deal, has scored 37 goals in 125 matches, in all competitions.
