Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani’s representatives and advisers were at Old Trafford today.

According to Simon Stone, the talks between the club, the Raine Group and Sheikh Jassim’s delegation lasted 10 hours and concluded this evening. He is committed to completing a full takeover of United.

A report today also confirmed that the Qatar-based investor is expected to submit a revised bid within the next 10 days.

The Athletic previously stated that his first offer was in the region of £4.5 billion, which is around £1.5 billion short of the Glazers’ £6 billion valuation.
