Manchester United’s David de Gea and Luke Shaw have been included in Sofascore’s Team of the Week.
The pair stood firm through flurries of Leeds United pressure on Sunday and helped secure a clean sheet and three points by the end of the 90 minutes.
The Spaniard now sits joint second in the list of clean sheets by goalkeepers this season, level with Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale and three behind Newcastle’s Nick Pope.
Shaw contributed a crucial assist to open the scoring in the 80th minute of the game after a fairly lacklustre offering from the Reds. The left-back delivered an inch-perfect cross outside the box, which was met by Marcus Rashford, who finished the chance with a superb header – his 21st goal of the campaign.

Next up for the Reds
United will return to Premier League action this Sunday, February 19 against an in-form Leicester City. The clash will take place at Old Trafford and kick-off is at 2 pm.
