The 1958 reveal anti-Glazer protest plans ahead of Manchester derby

Manchester United fan group, The 1958, has announced plans for the upcoming protest against the Glazer’s ownership.

Details for Saturday’s duel protest against the Glazers have been revealed.

Manchester United are scheduled to play Man City at Old Trafford on Saturday at 12:30pm.

The Glazers announced plans to potentially sell the club before Christmas but that won’t stop fans from protesting against Malcolm Glazer’s family family, after he completed a leveraged takeover of the club in 2005.

More protests are set to take place this weekend. This will help show any potential investors that the Glazers are incredibly toxic to Manchester United’s brand.

The plans and details for Saturday’s two separate protests are as follows, as published by The 1958.

Location: Gorse & Outside Tollgate
Time: 11:30

Both protests will unite at Sir Matt Busby Way/Warwick Road.

As the 1958 say, now is the time to show strength and defiance!

A win on Saturday could see United become part of the ‘title race’ conversation, but we would advise against such giddiness.

Ten Hag’s first job is to get the Red Devils back into the Champions League. Hopefully, he will have new owners to celebrate that with!
