Two Manchester United players have been nominated for the November / December 2022 Premier League player of the month award.
A total of eight players have been shortlisted for the monthly award after impressing across November and December.
Manchester United duo Casemiro and Marcus Rashford are amongst the nominees, which won’t come as a surprise to any United fan as both players have been outstanding since returning from the World Cup.
Casemiro has been the anchor in United’s midfield and right now I can’t think of a single better holding midfielder than the Brazilian in world football. On another note, Rashford is back to his very best — scoring in every game since the World Cup across all competitions.
The full list of nominees is as follows: Casemiro, Erling Haaland, Ben Mee, Martin Odegaard, Joao Palhinha, Marcus Rashford, Bukayo Saga and Kieran Trippier.
