Confirmed Manchester United XI vs Wolves: Garnacho starts ahead of Rashford

Manchester United will look to finish the year on a positive note when they take on Wolves in the Premier League. Erik ten Hag has named his starting eleven after travelling with the squad to Molineux.

A tough challenge will await Manchester United this afternoon as Wolves look to find a new lease of life under Julen Lopetegui. They made be sat in the relegation zone but the new manager has managed two wins from his first two games in charge. We can expect them to approach the game with a defensive set-up.

Back-to-back wins over Fulham and Nottingham Forest in the league have United back on track. In turn, Ten Hag’s side are looking to lodge three consecutive victories for the second time this season.

United have also picked up 13 points on the road this season and another win will only boost our chances of a top four finish.

Ten Hag has made one change to his team as Alejandro Garnacho comes in to replace Marcus Rashford.

David de Gea starts in goal with the same back four that kept a clean sheet against Nottingham Forest. That means Luke Shaw plays at centre-back alongside Raphael Varane.

Casemiro will be our midfield anchor, while Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes try to pull the strings in midfield.

Antony and Anthony Martial are joined by Garnacho in attack.
