It remains to be seen if Manchester United will do any business in January.
Erik ten Hag will be eager to add to his squad which is in desperate need of a goalscorer as well cover for Diogo Dalot at right-back.
There has been a lack of goals being scored this season and, after Cristiano Ronaldo’s exit, we are lacking personnel who can lead the attacking line. Names like Cody Gakpo and Goncalo Ramos has been mentioned as potential targets, but will Ten Hag have any money to make signings midway through the season?
We must remember that the Glazers are trying to sell the club and there is a strong likelihood that they will prevent any incoming signings in January.
Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth has shared an update and it sounds like the Glazers — or Manchester United — are getting their excuses in early. He states that United are looking at forwards and right-backs, but there is a “significant chance” of no incoming deals in January.
Sheth also states that United will explore the loan market.
Manchester United looking at forwards – including Cody Gakpo – and right-backs, but "significant chance" no incomings in January. Right-back incoming likely to depend on Wan-Bissaka future. United conscious of complying with FFP. Loan market being explored too. #MUFC #Transfers

Apparently United are conscious of complying with Financial Fair Play – or are they just penny pinching after being leached for 17 years by the Glazer family?
As for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, hopefully West Ham and Crystal Palace spark up a bidding war.
