Manchester United have opened the scoring through Ella Toone against Arsenal in the Women’s Super League.
Marc Skinner’s side were rewarded for their majority of possession throughout the first-half.
The goal itself will raise questions about Arsenal’s goalkeeper, but we don’t care too much about that because this could become a big result for United, especially away from home at the Emirates.
Although the keeper should do better, Ella Toone deserves the utmost credit for sticking the ball into the back of the net, even though it was probably the easiest of tap-ins she will ever score.

It’s currently half-time with United winning 1-0 and Skiner’s side more than deserve their lead.
