(Video) Manchester United starlet Zidane Iqbal shines in performance for national team

Zidane Iqbal put in an impressive performance in a friendly for his national team Iraq.

Iraq split into two teams, A and B, to play against each other in front of fans in Basra.

Manchester United’s youth prospect Iqbal was on the B team and made an impact on the pitch with an outstanding performance.

The 19-year-old has been at the club for 10 years and is another exciting academy player that is waiting to break into the first-team. He made his Champions League debut last season and has been named in numerous match day squads under Erik ten Hag.

Given the manager and the club’s philosophy of developing youth players, it’s likely the teenager will be slowly integrated into the team as the season progresses.
