Portugal got their first win in the Nations League with a 4-0 thrashing over Switzerland.
Manchester United veteran Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace to help brush Switzerland aside, after being benched in their previous game against Spain.
William Carvalho and Joao Cancelo were also on the scoresheet as Fernando Santos’ side took all three points.
After his two goals tonight, Ronaldo’s current goal record for Portugal stands at 117.
Ronaldo made it 2-0 with a first-time shot from a Diogo Jota assist. United playmaker Bruno Fernandes also played a role in Portugal’s second goal.
He was in the right place at the right time to make it 3-0 just moments later.

All eyes were on Ronaldo to see if he could score another hat-trick in the Portugal shirt, but the fans will have to wait as Santos men scored a fourth without CR7’s aid.
