Manchester United will take on Aston Villa at Old Trafford in the FA Cup third-round.

The newly appointed Villa manager, Steven Gerrard has a bit of history against United after facing us as Liverpool captain for years, and he will undoubtedly get a *warm* reception from the Old Trafford faithful.

In other words, there will be plenty of chants about him slipping on his rear end.

Gerrard replaced Dean Smith at Villa Park and they’ve seen an improvement on the pitch in recent weeks.

The former Rangers manager will be setting out his objectives for the coming years and you can guarantee that winning a trophy will be one of those.

The draw for the January ties was made tonight prior to Premier League clash between Arsenal and Everton. There is also one more second-round tie set to take place tonight as Boreham Wood take on St Albans City.
