Mauricio Pochettino signed a Manchester United shirt for a young fan earlier this morning, with Paris Saint-Germain staying at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester ahead of their Champions League clash tonight against Man City.
Sky Sports reporter Ben Ransom is providing updates on United’s search for a new manager from outside the hotel, where he met a fan who bumped into the PSG manager this morning.
This is news purely because the Argentine is being heavily linked with the vacant managerial position at Old Trafford and the Manchester Evening News even claim he is willing to switch from PSG mid-season.
Ransom was told the full story by his young fans’ dad and he took to Twitter to show off Pochettino’s autograph on the United shirt.

This doesn’t mean anything as Pochettino was never going to turn down a young kid looking for his autograph.
But massive kudos to kid in question for bringing his United shirt along with him.
Headline grabbing stuff!
