Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will not be sacked despite poor form – report

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is not under threat at Manchester United despite a poor run of form, according to reports. The Norwegian manager is currently under heavy pressure after falling to yet another defeat against Leicester on Saturday.

Manchester United took the lead in the game but failed to hold on as the home side turned it around in the second half, despite an 82nd-minute equaliser from the returning Marcus Rashford.

The defeat ended United’s run of 29 away games unbeaten in the Premier League and Solskjaer’s side has accumulated just 14 points after eight games this season.

Furthermore, the Reds are winless in their last three Premier League games, with the last victory coming against West Ham in September.

Despite the poor run of form, Solskjaer is not under at Manchester United and maintains backing from the hierarchy. That’s according to The Athletic, who say that Solskjaer will not be sacked. It’s claimed that Solskjaer has ‘a lot of credit in the bank’ and is secure in his job.

  1. “A lot of credit in the bank”?
Hell if I performed like this in my job I’d be out on my arse.
Someone please tell me what he is doing right because all I see is individuals running around and no team work without the ball.
Two big games this week lose those and if he really respects this club he would walk.
I won’t hold my breath though.
