Manchester United right-back Ethan Laird made his first start for Swansea on Friday this week and impressed as his side earned their first victory of the season.
Laird was unveiled by the Welsh club earlier this week after completing a season-long loan from Manchester United, having excelled during his half-season with MK Dons in the last campaign.
The 20-year-old played under Russell Martin last season and the pair have now been reunited with at Swansea as they eye promotion to the Premier League after last season’s play-off heartbreak.
