Manchester United yet to decide on destination for Blades target

Manchester United have yet to make a decision on where they will be sending Amad Diallo on loan this season.

The 19-year-old winger from the Ivory Coast signed for Manchester United last summer from Atalanta, although he remained in Italy for the first-half of the season.

After linking up with his new teammates midway through the 2020/21 campaign, Amad made eight appearances and it sounds like he will be sent out on loan this season to experience regularly first-team football in order to aid his development.

Following the arrival of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund, it is to be expected that Amad’s game time will become even more limited, so it would be best for him to spend the year elsewhere to gain valuable experience.

Shrager wrote: “A few interested clubs have been reported, but a decision is yet to be made about where Amad will go on loan.”
