Following nearly 12 months of extensive coverage, one of the longest transfer sagas in modern history came to an end earlier this summer. Jadon Sancho, 21, was confirmed as Manchester United’s second summer signings last month.
The 21-year-old joins the club after having a move collapse last summer due to Borussia Dortmund’s high demands but will arguably complete the move at a better time instead.
Manchester United are in better shape compared to the summer of 2020 and look like realistic title contenders in the Premier League after their summer business, with Raphael Varane’s arrival also set to be confirmed this week.

The former Manchester City and Watford youth product took part in his first training session at the club on Monday, with photos of the tricky winger being shared on his and United’s official social media channels.
There is a chance Sancho makes his Premier League debut this week, with Saturday’s curtain-raiser against Leeds United just around the corner.
