Manchester United are bloated in midfield and may look to move some players on, with Andreas Pereira perhaps being one of the first casualties of the summer. The midfielder spent last season on loan at Lazio and has returned to pre-season with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad.
The club has already signed Jadon Sancho this summer and is waiting to conclude the imminent transfer of Raphael Varane, which could mean that sales are needed to fund additional incomings in this window.
According to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, as seen below, Lazio wanted to keep Pereira for another year in Rome but their proposal was reportedly rejected by Manchester United, who were instead looking for a permanent sale.

Furthermore, it’s claimed that Manchester United are looking to obtain a whopping £20m for the midfielder, should they decide to cash in this summer.
Pereira, who prefers to play behind the striker, is currently behind Bruno Fernandes, Paul Pogba, and Donny van de Beek in the pecking order.
Will never get £20, million.
Not worth more than £14, million, probably as low as £10, million
