Hollywood star and actor Jason Sudeikis has offered his support to England stars after last week’s Euro 2020 final loss to Italy. Bukayo Saka, Jadon Sancho, and Marcus Rashford were all subjected to racist abuse on social media after they missed their penalties.
Rashford was the first to publicly break silence after the loss to Italy after a mural of him in Withington was defaced in the aftermath. Sancho and Saka eventually followed suit and were met by a heartwarming response.
And now, Jason Sudeikis has joined the masses in their support of the three England stars as he wore a sweater with all three names on it ahead of the premiere of Ted Lasso Season 2.

Sudeikis is an avid football fan and portrays a football coach in the series, having previously been seen as the manager of Tottenham in a YouTube mini-series several years ago.
The series took off in 2020 when a former NFL coach, Ted Lasso, attempted to win the Premier League and it has now been renewed for another season.
