All the details as Manchester United are set to learn their 2021/22 fixtures

Manchester United are set to learn what their 2021/22 Premier League season looks like on Wednesday as they prepare for another season. The last campaign might just have ended but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be keen to see who this season’s opening day opponents are.

The United manager has faced Chelsea and Crystal Palace in his two curtain-raisers in charge of the club and will he hoping to start off the new season at Old Trafford once again, which would make it the fifth consecutive season United start at home.

The Premier League will announce the entire fixture list for the 2021/22 season on Wednesday, June 16, 09:00 AM (UK time).

The fixture list is set to be provisional, with some changes expected to be made subsequent to UEFA and EFL cup schedules.

For certain, however, is that trips to Norwich and Watford will return for Manchester United as they will also be set for Premier League matches against Brentford for the first time.

With some players at Solskjaer’s disposal expected to go far in this summers European Championships, a handful of players could miss a large part of the pre-season preparations.
