(Video) Rashford and Sancho happy as they combine in England training

Marcus Rashford has joined up with his England teammates after being granted an extended break due to his involvement in the Europa League final. The forward is expected to play a big role in his nations Euro charge but will battle it out with Jadon Sancho for a starting place.

Sancho has been heavily linked with a move to United in the past 12 months and new reports are suggesting that a deal could be close to completion.

And the pair have been spotted in glee as they prepare for Euro 2020. The tournament will be Rashford’s third for England, an incredible feat for someone who is yet to turn 24. It will be Sancho’s first for his national team and will be aiming to make a lasting impression.

Rashford can be seen with Sancho on a number occasions throughout the video, sparking hopeful reactions from Manchester United fans. The two are close friends and have been trading compliments on social media for many months, including recently when Rashford sent United fans into a frenzy with a cryptic tweet.

During a shoulder exercise, Sancho can be heard saying “I’m stronger than you bro” at Rashford, before the United winger responds with “No, you’re not!”.

Luke Shaw also featured in the video as he is seen scoring a couple of right-footed goals past Dean Henderson. Harry Maguire was absent but is believed to be stepping up a return to action.
