(Video) Marcus Rashford misses sitter during second half vs Villarreal

Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford was gifted with a glaring opportunity to give his side the lead against Villarreal during Wednesday night’s Europa League final.

As the ball was wiped into the box, with the score all level at 1-1, Rashford was presented with a perfect opportunity to fire the Red Devils into the lead.

However, in a strange turn of events – presumably, the young Englishman felt he was offside or just got caught in two minds, the winger failed to connect cleanly with the ball which trickled agonisingly wide.

Still, 1-1 and all to play for.

  2. Many are blaming de gea, others rashford and ole. Well utd fans are wrong. Those to be blamed for the lost are; glazers, chiefs, and the board. If these people give us great talents the team wouldn’t have lost. If glazers have invested in the team this could have not happened.
