While in action on Thursday evening against Roma, Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani was spotted rushing to the aid of youngster Mason Greenwood.
The Red Devils came into Thursday’s second-leg Europa League semi-final 6-2 up on aggregate.
Looking to see the tie out, although eventually losing 3-2 on the night, striker Cavani put in another fine performance.
However, despite having a successful evening in front of goal following a commendable brace, the fiery South American also took no-nonsense when it came to his Italian opponents getting physical with his teammates.
During the match, Roma players Gianluca Mancini and Rick Karsdorp were captured roughing Greenwood up – an incident that Cavani wasted no time in getting involved in.
