Anthony Martial leads the line with Edinson Cavani missing out.

If you missed the team news, you can check out United’s line-up here.

I don’t have many opinions on the team selection because I think it’s best wait for the ball to be kicked a few times first.

Martial has experienced again what it’s like to be on the first team fringes, but today he’s back in the starting line-up for a huge game and it’s an opportunity we desperately want to see him take.

United are not going to create a flurry of goalscoring opportunities against this City side. There’s going to be chances to hit them on the counter attack and that is when Martial needs to be clinical.

Let’s have a quick look at how United fans reacted to the team news on Twitter:

Quick take on the team from MEN’s Tyrone Marshall.

I’m happy to see Daniel James in from the start because you know he will work harder than anyone to win back the ball.

Next up is a few tweets in response to Victor Lindelof getting the nod and Eric Bailly missing out.

And finally, some optimism.
