Did Harry Maguire and John Stones pick out what they are getting one another this Christmas?
Seeing Manchester United players after a derby cosy up with their Man City pals is not something I enjoy.
Maybe I run the risk of sounding a bit like Roy Keane, and I’m sure he will give his assessment of this malarky on Sky Sports, but it’s not right.
I’m aware some of these players are international teammates and it goes beyond playing for clubs in the same city, but come on… leave for chit-chat for another time.
A point in the Manchester derby is not the best result, but I’d want the players showing a bit more urgency as well as more risk taking.
Check out the video footage below (courtesy of Sky Sports) of Harry Maguire and John Stones having a good hug at full-time:

They can hug who they like when they start winning every week, but this would still be a weird reaction after a Manchester derby.
Or is it just me? Let us know in the comments section.
