Manchester United fans are excited about the imminent arrival of summer deadline day signing Amad Diallo and it’s clear to see why.
The Atlanta teenager will arrive in January as one of the most exciting young prospects in Italian football, after United confirmed they had agreed a deal to sign him on a hectic final day of the transfer window.
United revealed in their announcement they had watched the 18-year-old since 2016 when he was spotted playing at U15 level and they have clearly been impressed with what they have seen.
Diallo will arrive at Old Trafford in just over a month’s time with a whole weight of expectation but it’s important these are tempered within the fanbase.
The Ivorian, like other deadline signing Facundo Pellistri, remains a very raw talent that will take plenty of nurturing before he is ready for Solskjaer’s first-team.
Diallo scored on his Serie A debut last term but is yet to make a league appearance for Atalanta this season.
Anyhow, he has shared a clip of a stunning training effort that gives just a small glimpse of the talent he has to offer in the coming years.
