Manchester United are set to take-on Steve Bruce’s Newcastle United in just under an hour with both managers hopeful to take all three-points away from tonight’s game in the North West.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will probably be more nervous going into tonight’s game as he will be desperate to ensure his side can avoid any more mishaps.
The Reds have endured an abysmal start to the new 2020-21 campaign after losing two of their opening three Premier League fixtures including a 6-1 thumping against Spurs last time out.
Newcastle on the other hand come into tonight’s game in decent form having only lost one of their first four domestic fixtures.
After a recent report from The Mirror emerged claiming executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward will be prepared to show Solskjaer the door in favour of Mauricio Pochettino should his current Norwegian manager fail to turn results around, arguably all the pressure sits firmly on the Reds’ shoulders.
Although, rising to see off Newcastle will not be an easy task, star-attacker Allan Saint-Maximin has recently put pen-to-paper and signed a new six-year deal (as per NUFC.com) which will undoubtedly give the Magpies an added boost.
Ahead of tonight’s game, the both side’s line-ups have been announced with United naming a more than unusual starting 11.

Think we can all agree there’ll be zero sympathy for ole if there isn’t a win tonight and he gets sacked after picking that shit show

We have no idea what condition the players have returned from international duty. On paper it’s weaker, but his bench is hardly screaming ‘pick me gaffer’ is it after recent performances. #mufc
