Manchester United are running out of time in the transfer market and Paul Pogba is reportedly playing in a hand in the club’s attempts to sign a right window before Monday’s deadline.
That’s it… Paul Pogba, who gets criticised time and time again for not caring about his club, is supposedly acting on behalf of Manchester United to try seal a deal for Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele.
How can Ed Woodward and Matt Judge think it’s okay to operate this way and completely ignore the idea of a director of football?
The latest update comes from very well-respected French football journalist Julien Laurens, who claims Pogba is playing a big part in convincing Dembele to join United.
Laurens adds that there is not agreement yet between Barcelona and United but negotiations are progressing positively.

With Jadon Sancho’s representatives uncertain their client will move to United before the transfer deadline, as revealed by Stretty News, it looks like United’s attention has switched to Dembele.
The Barcelona forward hasn’t had the greatest of times at Camp Nou after joining the club from Borussia Dortmund in 2017. He has suffered a number of injuries and it’s probably for that reason that United currently see him as a short-term alternative, as per talkSPORT.
