(Video) Donny van de Beek scores consolation goal in Manchester United debut

Decent way to make your debut but shame about the incoming result.

Donny van de Beek came off the bench to replace Paul Pogba, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hoping the Dutchman can help Manchester United swing the game in their favour.

The Eagles were winning 2-0 when Van de Beek got a goal back for United – but have since scored another with Wilfried Zaha completing a brace.

Scrappy defending on Palace’s behalf saw the ball arrive to Van de Beek’s feet inside the box before he put the ball past the goalkeeper.

This is not the start to the season United wanted.
The performance has been abysmal.
