Manchester United are stepping up the intensity of their training sessions ahead of the Premier League’s imminent return.
United’s social media team have been providing fans with some brilliant Carrington content during the enforced break, which was only wetted the appetite further for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side’s resumption against Tottenham Hotspur next Friday.
In one of the clips posted on the club’s official Youtube channel on Tuesday, Bruno Fernandes is seen getting stuck and showing off the defensive side of his game with a challenge on Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
It was the kind of tackle that Wan-Bissaka, now known amongst his teammates as ‘the Spider’, has become so synonymous with.
Fernandes stretched and clawed the ball out of play with his right-foot to dispossess United’s new right-back during a possession based training drill.
United fans were loving the clip on twitter, making comparisons between the tackling techniques of Solskjaer’s two new signings.
