The challenge is another to surface to help keep people occupied during the COVID-19 lockdown.

It’s a good idea to give people something to do whilst in isolation, and to distract us during times we’re usually out and about with loved ones.

Matic was impressed by Jacob’s effort and got in touch with the 10-year-old, thanks to some help from Soccer AM.

Soccer AM’s John Fendley has a quick chat with ‘JJ’ about how we’re all missing football at the moment, with the season suspended due to the coronavirus.

When Matic appears, using the Houseparty app, young Jacob is starstruck. The United midfielders has promised to send him one pair of Puma football boots and to send his regards to star player Bruno Fernandes.
