How Solskjaer can use Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford to convince Jadon Sancho

Manchester United are said to be working hard on a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho this summer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has identified Sancho as his number one transfer target as he looks to accelerate his Old Trafford rebuild.

The Norwegian is lacking balance in his 4-2-3-1 preferred assemble and needs a right-winger to provide natural width. Sancho offers the perfect solution and would add pace, flair and class to complete a menacing front three including Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford.

And according to the Evening Standard, it’s the prospect of playing in this dynamic attack that United are trying to sell to Sancho.

Their report claims Solskjaer will look to convince Sancho to move to Old Trafford by helping to create one of the most formidable attacking trios across Europe.

Fortunately for United, Sancho already shares a fantastic relationship with Rashford, who recently said he would love to play with the youngster in an Instagram live.

The Standard suggest Solskjaer is willing to make Sancho the club’s most expensive player ever in a deal that would be worth up to £100m.

And the Norwegian may just be thankful for ‘agent Rashford’ if the club can conclude the deal for one of Europe’s most exciting talents.
