The coronavirus pandemic has most people in their home self-isolating.

Wales football internationals have teamed dup with a welsh mental health charity to give tips on coping with the challenges of self-isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.

Daniel James urges you to try to stay positive, which is pretty sound advice.

During the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak schools and businesses are closing so we don’t have many reasons to be wondering the streets, with governments advising people to stay indoors.

UK government is asking some people to self-isolate for up to 12 weeks.

Remember to practise social distancing and leave your home only when essential.
