The race to sign Borussia Dortmund sensation Jadon Sancho will heat up this summer.
Manchester United have been given two reasons to be optimistic about getting their man.
Aa explained by James Dobson in a Q&A in the Evening Standard, United have had a long-standing interest in Sancho, but it now looks more likely that they will be able to lure him away from the Bundesliga outfit.
Robson claims that United are one of the few clubs who could afford the money required to sign Sancho, with £100m being touted as a transfer fee, whilst also looking a more appealing destination for a young footballer than we did a year ago.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has lifted the mood at Old Trafford with a number of good buys, and he’s also done some work to shift deadwood out of the squad.
Now it’s time to think about the prospect of having Sancho in the same team as Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
Robson said the following in his piece: “As for Sancho, I think there is a very good chance United will finally get their man.
“They were desperate for him last season, but he wanted to continue his development at Dortmund. A year down the line and I think United look like a far more attractive prospect.
“Solskjaer has shown his willingness to develop youth — and all of a sudden Old Trafford has become a vibrant place once more.
“Who wouldn’t be excited about playing alongside Rashford, Martial, Fernandes, Wan-Bissaka, Greenwood etc?
“Then there is the fact that only a certain number of clubs could pay the £100m-plus Dortmund want for the winger.”
