Video: Solskjaer left hanging by Club Brugge manager over touchline handshake

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had to face the misery of being left hanging after an attempt to shake the hand of Club Brugge manager Philippe Clement.

But he’ll be saying, ‘at least we came away with an away goal!’

In the 80th minute of last night’s Europa League clash between Manchester United and the Belgian side, Luke Shaw brought down the impressive Emmanuel Dennis.

While the forward received medical attention Solskjaer appeared to apologise to his counterpart and attempted a handshake but Clement had already turned his head in the opposite direction.

We didn’t perform well until the last 15-20 minutes after Bruno Fernandes came on from the bench.

The Portugal international is an instant hit with fans after single-highhandedly stepping up the game.

It certainly sent a warning to players like Jesse Lingard who is having an horrid time at the moment.
