(Video) Man Utd fan calls on board to ‘just pay the money’ for Bruno Fernandes

Manchester United are reportedly in talks with Sporting Lisbon over the transfer of Bruno Fernandes.

Reports in Portugal claim Manchester United should wrap up a deal for Fernandes over the weekend.

Record, translated by Sport Witness, claims that the ‘most likely scenario’ would be Fernandes plays against Benfica on Friday before then joining Man Utd.

On Jorge Mendes, who was in Manchester on Wednesday, the newspaper adds: ‘The businessman will now present to Sporting the concrete proposal of the Red Devils for Bruno Fernandes, which could exceed €70m in achievable variables, and should not include any player.’

Fellow Portuguese newspaper A Bola claimed on Thursday: ‘The deal is underway, almost closed.’

Full Time Devils recorded their fancams after United’s 1-0 win over Wolves on Wednesday night and these three lads, in the video below, make it crystal clear that they are sick and tired of the club’s recruitment under Ed Woodward.

Time will tell but this deal certainly looks like it will happen in the coming days or weeks.

United desperately need a new playmaker but with Juan Mata performing well again, it looks like Fernandes’ addition will go down like a treat.
