Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says Manchester United have missed Paul Pogba and will welcome his return to the side.
The Frenchman has missed 20 of the 26 games the Reds have played in this season, last featuring in the 1-1 home draw against Arsenal on September 30.
Pogba’s return is expected to be imminent, but it remains uncertain if he will be ready to play in United’s game away to Watford on Sunday.
When asked if Marcus Rashford had reached ‘world-class’ status after the 3-0 Carabao Cup quarter-final victory over Colchester on Wednesday, Solskjaer referred to his star midfielder.

“We’ll get a world-class player back very soon, and we’ve missed him, of course,” Solskjaer said, as quoted by Manchester Evening News.
Pogba was criticised by some sections of the United fanbase after video emerged of him enjoying his brother Florentin’s wedding in Bussy-Saint-Georges, Paris on Friday.
Solskjaer said he was struck down ill but hours later several clips were released of the midfielder looking well and dancing two days previous.
United fans will question if Pogba has prioritised his return from injury and getting back to playing for the Reds, but it’s clear that the side are lacking his creativeness and ingenuity in the middle of the park.
The Reds are struggling to break teams down with a low block and Pogba has the ability to cut open a defence and feed the likes of Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford.
Also need to clear this up for some people. I’m not having a go at Pogba for attending his brother’s wedding or having a dance. But these social media posts – the basketball ones included – are a middle finger to United and Solskjaer. He’ll be flying it again if Real Madrid call.
