Marcus Rashford admitted his Manchester United side cannot complain about the result after the dramatic 3-3 draw against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.
The Reds produced a stunning comeback with three goals in seven rollercoaster second-half minutes, but had to settle for a point as Oli McBurnie equalised late on.
In truth, the first seventy minutes for United were disgraceful, and Rashford acknowledges that this is what inevitably cost the Reds victory.
Solskjaer’s side were completely outfought and out thought in the opening exchanges, as the Blades raced into a deserved 2-0 lead.
United looked all over the place in defence, and were overrun with just Andreas Pereira and Fred in midfield.
Serious questions will still be asked of Solskjaer despite coming away with a draw, with United tactically outwitted and dominated for large parts of the game.
Way off it for 70 minutes and that’s cost us three points today.
Good response to come back but can’t complain about result. Thanks for the support. pic.twitter.com/3X1sjaDaWz
