Tonight’s goalscorer Marcus Rashford spoke to Sky Sports about the importance of winning games.
The striker explains how times have been tough for Man Utd this season and now it’s easier to wake up after a win.
It was a big win for United tonight and it means we’ve booked our place in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals, at Chelsea’s expense.

Rashford does make a little blunder in his post-match interview — taking about taking all three points when it was a cup fixture.

Anyhow, he doesn’t need explaining as to why that was correct. United won away to Norwich City at the weekend and he may well be referring to that result as well as last week’s Europa League victory over Partizan Belgrade.
