‘Must start vs Norwich’: Loads of Man Utd fans urge Solskjaer to keep faith in youngster for Premier League clash

A number of Reds took to Twitter last night to urge Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to start Brandon Williams against Norwich this weekend following the youngster’s man of the match display against Partizan Belgrade.

It was Manchester United’s first win on the road since March, beating the Serbs 1-0 thanks to an Anthony Martial penalty, but young Williams earned the spot-kick after being fouled inside the box.

The result sees United go two points clear of AZ Alkmaar in their Europa League group, with Solskjaer’s men edging closer to the knockout stages but they still must improve in front of goal.

Williams started at left wing back against Partizan and was one of the few positives for United.

He earned some high praise from Solskjaer at full-time and now a number of fans want him to start in Sunday’s game against Norwich.
